One-time cleans, no contract: $25–$45 per hour, estimated from your answers and photos. Flat rates above are for recurring contracts. Recurring discounts: 15% off weekly, 10% off every two weeks, 5% off monthly (first visit billed as a deep clean). Windows $5 each (interior). Fridge or oven $30, empty cabinets $40, bed linens $10 per bed, laundry $15 per load for recurring clients. Airbnb turnovers from $95 (1 BR) or $125 (2-3 BR). Homes over 2,500 sq ft or with heavy buildup are quoted from photos or a walk-through.
