Jobs we clean ourselves
Online requests are only confirmed for jobs Leanna can personally deliver. Some requests are reviewed by Leanna (usually within 24 hours) before anything is booked. A booking is confirmed when Leanna confirms it by text.
Partner referrals
- Some jobs (for example post-construction, hoarding, biohazard, or carpet cleaning) are outside what Afterglow Cleaning Services of NC does. For those, we may refer you to an independent partner company.
- Partners are independent businesses. They are not owned by, employed by, or supervised by Afterglow Cleaning Services of NC.
- Afterglow Cleaning Services of NC does not perform, supervise, guarantee, schedule, or take payment for partner work. The partner gives you their own quote and terms, and you contract with and pay the partner directly.
- We only send your request to a partner after you agree to these terms on screen, and only to partners whose insurance certificate on file has not expired.
- Questions or problems with partner work should go to the partner. You're always welcome to tell us about your experience so we can decide whether to keep referring them.
Deposits
Deposits apply only to jobs Leanna cleans herself and come off your clean. There is never an Afterglow Cleaning Services of NC deposit for a partner job.
